Request for Testing Proctor

The Illinois Academy of Real Estate is a state-licensed provider of real estate education. We are approved for correspondence courses. Illinois law requires that any correspondence student complete a proctored test administered by an education provider or one of the following. 

• Proctor is not expected to understand any course being tested.
• Proctor will test, at proctor’s convenience, the student listed below.
• Test materials will be provided by the Academy.
•  Proctor will provide a quiet room or area where student may concentrate.
• When finished, the student will return the test to the proctor who will    place it in a provided postage paid envelope, which proctor shall mail. Also, fax student record and answer sheet(s) to the Illinois Academy of Real Estate.
• The proctor is responsible for seeing that the student receives no help on the exam(s).
• Calculators are allowed, no other electronic devices are allowed.
