Do you have questions about the Illinois Real Estate License Act and all the rumors you may have been hearing?  The LinkedIn group Illinois Real Estate License Act and Industry Update has been created to help keep you informed of the many changes occurring in the real estate business.

The purpose of the group is to serve as your resource to the many changes taking place in the real estate industry affecting your practice as an Illinois Real Estate Licensee.

The primary focus is on the Illinois transition to an all broker state and helping to make it as uncomplicated as possible for the Illinois real estate licensee.

In addition to the transition, the group will focus the Administrative Rules for the License Act of 2000 as amended in 2010 and other issues that might affect the practice of real estate in Illinois.
