Broker pre-license courses
Unless otherwise exempt, a candidate for Illinois real estate broker licensing must meet a 120 hour approved education requirement. There is no experience or residency requirement. An individual with a valid Illinois salesperson's license is credited with 45 hours and needs an additional 75 hours. A 15 hour course in brokerage administration, a 15 hour course in contracts and conveyancing, and a 15 hour course in Principles 2000 are required.
In addition we offer a 15 hour course in appraisal and a 15 hour course in finance to round out the additional 75 hour requirement.
