Professional Continuing Education
The Illinois Real Estate License Act requires 12 hours of Professional Continuing Education for all licensees whom are not exempt. 6 hours must be in mandatory core catagories and six hours may be elective courses. In addition, broker licensees must complete a 6 hour brokerage management class for a total of 18 hours. This class must be completed in a classroom setting.
