ALL LICENSE RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO May 1, 2009

Licensed as a Salesperson on or before April 30, 2007	Licensed as a Salesperson between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008	Licensed as a Salesperson on or after May 1, 2008
12 hours of CE is required 6 Core/Mandatory hrs 6 Elective hrs	6 hours of CE is required 3 Core/Mandatory hrs 3 Elective hrs	No CE is required

Broker CE Requirements for 2010 Renewal

Licensed as a Broker on or before 4/30/2008	Brokers previously Licensed as a Salesperson	Licensed as a Broker Between 5/1/2008and 4/30/2009 IF NOT PREVIOUSLY LICENSED AS A SALESPERSON	Licensed as a Broker on or after 5/1/2009 AND NOT PREVIOUSLY LICENSED AS A SALESPERSON
18 Hours of  Continuing Education rrequired: 6 Core Credits + 6 Elective credits + 6 hrs Broker Management Earned within 180 days of licensure	18 Hours of Continuing Education required: 6 Core + 6 Elective credits AND 6 hrs Broker Management due within 180 days of licensure.	12 Hours of Continuing Education required: 3 Core Credits + 3 Elective Credits AND 6 hrs Broker Management due within 180 days of licensure.	6 hours of Broker Management due within 180 days of licensure
