Established in 1979, the Illinois Academy of Real Estate is one of the oldest schools of real estate in Illinois. A merger with Your House Real Estate Academy on July 1, 2011 has created one of the largest private real estate education providers in Illinois with over 10,000 alumni. The merger enables us to better provide an outstanding educational experience for our students, now and throughout your career.
Our mission is to promote the professional development of our students, clients and friends by providing accurate and relevant information regarding real estate education, licensing and careers and to serve the real estate industry with diligence and integrity.

Course Offerings
We offer classroom, correspondence and on line courses in brokrer and managing broker licensing and professional continuing education for salespersons and brokers.
We are an Illinois real estate school specializing in Illinois pre-license real estate classes and professional continuing education real estate classes. Located in Illinois, we are licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, License Number 110.0000107 and our courses are approved and licensed by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
