1. If you are licensed as a broker and not previously licensed as a salesperson between May 1, 2007, and April 30, 2008 you will need 6 hours of brokerage management within 180 days of licensure.
2. If you are licensed as a broker and not previously licensed as a salesperson between May 1, 2006 and April 30, 2007, you will need 12 hours of CE. (6 hrs. Brokerage Management Course, 3 hrs. of core and 3 hrs which may be core or elective.
3. Brokers previously licensed as a salesperson, will need 18 hours of CE by April 30, 2008. (6 hrs. Brokerage Management Course, 6 hrs. of core and 6 hrs of elective).
4. Broker's who renewed their licenses for the last renewal ending April 30, 2006, will need 18 hours of CE by April 30, 2008. (6 hrs. Brokerage Management Course, 6 hrs. of core and 6 hrs of elective).
Any person licensed as a broker is entitled at any renewal date to change his or her status from broker to salesperson.
